CME Credits

 Thank you for attending the 10th Annual UCHMC Research Symposium on October 17th at UC Irvine. 

Please note the following:

• The total maximum number of credits a participant may claim for this activity is 6.5 credits.

• The activity code for this meeting is 5166.

• Credit submission will only be open until 10.31.2025.  After that date, we can no longer accept sessions for credit.

Instructions for Claiming Credit and Completing Course Evaluation:

Step 1:   Signing into CloudCME

1. Go https://uci.cloud-cme.com/default.aspx

2. Click the ‘Sign In’ button to create an account.

1. UCI employees with an HS account will use single sign-on via the UCI Employees option.

2. Non-UCI employees will use Sign-In or Create Account

Step 2: Claim credit 

   Once logged into your CloudCME Account   

• Go to My CME  https://uci.cloud-cme.com

• Click Claim Credit

• Enter Activity ID: 5166

• Confirm your attendance

• Complete the required evaluative questions

• Submit evaluation

Step 3: Download certificate

• Go to My CME  https://uci.cloud-cme.com

• Click Evaluations & Certificates to download the certificate
